Hey @Kavita! I'm sorry you're experiencing these bugs. If you don't mind, can I have your device model, operating system version, and version of Epic 2? We'll look into this ASAP.
Also, for future reference, if you would like a refund, please contact the App Store that you purchased the app from, as they processed the transaction and will have your payment information and receipt of purchase.
