One last thing on level 2

I've completed level 2, with one small thing bugging me. What the heck do you do when you drop down into the hole by the miner? I've gone up and down the shaft, pushed the button, broken all through all the caution tape, knocked the mop handle over (both directions), put leaves on the tree, watered it to make it grow, and kicked the yellow caution sign all over the place. I'm sure that sign is important for something, but what am I supposed to do with it?

That secrer area is mainly for a colorbuddy but also to act as foreshadowing for the evil friend's lair in level 3. The caution sign and tape are just meant to be fun physics/interactable toys to play around with. Also, I bet if you braved the ink and made it all the way over to the left you'd get something cool.

Thanks, Clint. I guess I need to collect a couple more hearts to make it through the ink. I can't quite make it all the way across! I thought maybe I could use the sign as a partial bridge, but that doesn't seem to work.

Yes went back into level 2 ... Made it through the Ink .... Got the "Something Cool" ..... Yeah!

Lol, how did you get enough hearts to make it through? I go in with the max I can gather and still don't have enough!

The maximum hearts a character can have is 10! If I'm not mistaken, you'll need all of them. It also helps if you draw leaves on the tree where the color buddy is and then start walking to the left from there. It's not much, but that little bit of safe walking space means saving at least a heart or two of damage!

I just moved him across as fast as I could. Swiped my finger left really fast to get him moving. Also rain on the tree and find the narrowest amount of ink to cross. Best of luck.

The "Special Something" is really something worth losing hearts for!

i crossed the whole thing with 9 hearts.. and found absolutely nothing.. LOL what on earth are you guys talking about? I cant even climb the ramp, or go further left.. is this a glitch? Also I cannot find the big red Life heart in level 2.

When you make it all the way across the ink you should get a pop-up with your reward. Also, the heart crystal is under the big flamerock monster in the middle of all the other flamerocks.
