@Topingman123 I'm so sorry you've ran into this issue! We have received some similar reports, but unfortunately have been unable to recreate the bug in testing, so we can't know for certain if we have fixed it or not. You can send a screenshot to clint.waters@hitcents.com, but it would also be helpful to have the device model you are playing on as well as its operating system version.
