Hi @myosotis! I wanted to assure you that we have heard the user reports and are doing our best to find a solution. However, game development is tricky and putting out one fire sometimes sparks a few dozen others. Another roadblock is that we have not been able to recreate this issue reliably so that our developers know exactly what the problem is. I personally have had it happen once, but closing the game and opening it again resolved the issue, which hasn't been a reliable fix for everyone.
