Hello, I am having trouble upgrading to the paid version of "Drawn Below". I am using an iPad 3 running 10.2.1. I have already purchased the Drawn Below in-app purchase. However, the app will not save progress in Drawn Below and the key icon is still visible on the "New Game" menu screen for Drawn Below.
When I touch the key icon on the Drawn Below menu, it takes me to the "Confirm Your In-Aoo Purchase" dialog and after filling in my information, it says "This In-App Purchase has already been bought. It will be restored for free." I then choose "OK" and the app will just flash "PLEASE WAIT" indefinitely. I have tried closing the app and trying again, restarting my iPad, forcing my iPad to restart, and finally, deleting and reinstalling the app. None of these options have worked.
I had a working internet connection when the purchase was originally made.
I hate to post this question here, but I had submitted a form through the Contact Us option on the website and have not heard back.
If anyone has any information to help, I would surely appreciate it.
