Where is the battery in "A town in need"?

Title says it all... where is the battery in A Town in Need? I've got the soup going, killed all the monsters, searched and searched and the scientist needs a battery that I cant find...

@sgunter585 Hey there! If you rain in the bucket near her house, the sparks coming off of the satellite dish on her roof will electrify the water and it can be treated like a battery!

The evil Bushlings can be defeated by raining on the little Bushlings (they'll grow big, beat them up and turn the evil Bushlings good again!)

Either that, or sword them (I never knew you could rain on them)
